Introduction to Roots blower
The Roots blower is a positive displacement fan that delivers air in proportion to the number of revolutions. There is always a small gap between the impeller end face and the front and rear end covers of the fan, as well as between the fan impellers. Under the drive of the synchronous gear, the air is transported from the fan inlet along the inner wall of the housing to the exhaust side. The inner cavity of the fan does not require lubricating oil, which is efficient, energy-saving, high-precision, long service life, compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy to use, and widely used in various fields such as petrochemicals, building materials, electricity, smelting, fertilizers, mines, ports, textiles, food, papermaking, aquaculture and sewage treatment, environmental protection industry, etc. It is mostly used to transport air and can also be used to transport flammable, explosive and corrosive gases such as gas, hydrogen, acetylene, carbon dioxide, etc.

1. Low noise, the fan inlet and exhaust ports adopt a spiral shape, allowing the intake and exhaust processes to be sequentially cut in the direction of the spiral line, avoiding the pulsating noise and vibration that may occur instantly when old style fans exhaust. 5. The use of high-precision and high hardness synchronous gears not only extends the lifespan of the fan, but also effectively reduces noise.
6. This series of fan bearings adopts NSK bearings imported from Japan. There are two lubrication methods: grease lubrication is used below 0.6kgf/cm2, and splash lubrication is used between 0.7-0.9kgf/cm2 to ensure more reliable product quality.
7. The output air is clean, free of any oil and dust, and the fan sealing structure is reasonable, preventing oil from entering the casing, thus ensuring clean air.
